Technischer Defekt setzte Walzanlage in Brand, der rasch gel\u00f6scht werden konnte.
\nAm Mittwoch, 10. August, kam es kurz nach 6 Uhr morgens in einer Werkshalle der voestalpine Precision Strip GmbH zu einem Brand. Ursache war ein technischer Defekt in einer Walzanlage.
\nDie automatische L\u00f6schanlage konnte diesen Brand nicht ganz abl\u00f6schen und es wurde Alarm ausgel\u00f6st.
\nNach den vorgegebenen Einsatzpl\u00e4nen der Feuerwehr wurden neben der Betriebsfeuerwehr auch die benachbarten Freiwilligen Feuerwehren Waidhofen\/Y.-Stadt, Rosenau, Sonntagberg und Kematen alarmiert. Durch das rasche Handeln der Feuerwehren konnte der Brand innerhalb weniger Minuten unter Kontrolle gebracht werden.
